All content (property listings, images, descriptions) is either user-generated or sourced from agents. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

Limitation of Liability

Checkin Properties is not responsible for:

• Property condition, legal status, or market value.
• Actions of real estate agents, owners, or third parties.
• Any financial or legal outcomes of your property transactions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid by you to Checkin Properties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
